Kitchenaid KSC24C8EYY01 fridge/freezer not making ice

Suddenly stopped making ice.  Water still works and if I add ice to the bin it will dispense.  I replaced the ice maker module and still no ice.  Ran test #25 and it said 00 (01 when dispensing water), so I replaced the valve that goes to the water and ice.  Still no ice.  I hate to keep replacing parts and not solve this problem.  What else can I check?

Thanks in advance.

Is there a way to wire it to force it to start the ice making process?  Right now it does not tell it to fill the ice maker with water, even though I replace the valve solenoid.

Thank you

You’ll want to run test #15 in service mode. The ice maker uses an infrared light in the ice bin to determine if the ice bucket is full or not. Also check the wiring harness that comes out the bottom of the freezer door, I see lots of broken wires on the KitchenAid SxS refrigerators. Last thing I’d check is make sure your ice maker fill tube is not frozen

Also if you could provide the serial number as well that would be great

Thanks.  Test #15 shows 02.  I'll check the wiring harness at the bottom.  How do I check if the fill tube is not frozen?

Also, SN is HR15014553

Looked at the wiring harness, and didn't see anything that looked bad.  Near the wiring harness, I did see two couples for the full tubes.  I was able to blow in the thin one and my helper confirmed that air was coming out through the top where the ice maker gets its water.  I went to the valve in the back, removed the thin tube, and was able to blow air through it.  So, I think this means there's no ice in the tube.

Also, while I was back there I checked the water pressure from the wall, and there's plenty of pressure.

Tested main board P1-2 white to P3-4 black/white and got 120VAC.  So there's power on the board.  Removed the kickplate and finally found 2 broken wires - black/white and grey/orange.  Repaired those wires.

So, now I get the following:
L-N: 122V
L-V: 122V
V-T: 0V
V-H: 122V
V-M: 122V

Jumpering V-T does nothing
Jumpering T-H: the motor wheel spins (sort of slowly)

Running test #25 still returns 00 (01 when water is dispensed)

This a old style modular ice maker. Jumping T to H start the harvest cycle and after you hear a quite click remove your jumper. Harvest cycle take about 3 minutes. The ejector finger start at 1 o'clock and when they reach about 11 o'clock the fill vale should enerigize. Place your probe into V and N to measure voltage, should get about 100 vac. In this setup the ice maker supplies voltage to both water valves thorugh the tan wire.

I jumped T to H, and removed it after the click.  The wheel kept spinning.  Finally, I could hear it trying to send water, and got about 100V between V and N, but no water.  I reinstalled the old valves, and did the whole test again.

Checked the next morning, and, I HAVE ICE!!

So, after buying a new ice motor module and valves, I ended up putting the originals back in.  Turns out all I needed was some waterproof butt connectors to splice the broken wires back.

Thanks for the help!
