Manufacturer: Electrolux
Type of Appliance: Refrigerator
Model Number: EI12BF25US
Have you validated the model number at an online parts site like Repair Clinic? (yes or no): Yes
Have you watched the video on how to search for manuals and have you searched the Downloads section prior to posting this request? (yes or no): yes

I am actually dealing with EL11BF25QS0 but there is literally 0 information about it online.

EI12BF25US is very close apparently with exact same controls and should do just fine. Assuming it's even possible to find.

Thank you very much!

I'm not able to track anything down for this, either. Any of the other Brethren having better luck?

I was initially thinking it's because of a Canadian model. But found in being sold in the US as well, so I don't even know anymore.  I give up on this one...

I appreciate the effort though. Thank you!

Thank you.

I was however looking for the tech manual. Putting the machine in service mode and doing a load test is what I'm after.

(It's a crisper freezing issue,  so I need to make the damper move to see if it's faulty).
