LG-LFC23760ST compressor not running

Continuity between all windings

no continuity from any winding to ground

c-s 5.9 ohms, c-r 4 ohms, s-r 9.6 o

hit test and reset button. No change

replaced start relay. No change.

any help would be appreciated

Check at the board connector con 1 pin 1 to pin 3 for 120 vac. This is the voltage that runs the compressor.  If there is a chance that someone may have put refrig into the demo mode you can turn that mode off by pressing ice plus and refrig temp adjust key at same time for 3 seconds.
