There's some factory in China making all the cheap Viking-lookalikes. Every time I've had one, there was no service or parts information available, except what you could get the "factory" to send you. Also, all the parts had to come from the "factory". The reason "factory" is in quotes is because they don't really make it, they just import it with their name on it. 

If you can figure out what's wrong with it, a lot of the parts are generic and aren't too hard to match up online.

Be careful to not get cut. It weighs about 1/2 of what it should for the size, the sheet metal is really thin and everything is stupidly sharp.

I've stopped servicing these (not just this brand but all the generic Chinese clones). Every part has required 3 or more phone calls, a bunch of emails, then waiting some random time between 2 weeks and 2 months for it to show up, only to send it back because it's wrong.
