GE Bottom Freezer, gye18jslafss, Fridge Freezing

GE Bottom Freezer, gye18jslafss reportedly two years old, fridge is running too cold and freezing food.  Not much experience with this aside from stuck dampers, bad thermostats, boards, etc.  I could use a service manual and any troubleshooting tips or possible causes you care to offer.  I would love any additional service manual location tools/resources you all can recommend, especially for GE.  Maybe its my luck but if I really need one its rarely here or on the web, in that case I post where I can asking for help.  I have the frigidaire site and am looking to link up with someone who can add a line on their service matters membership, appliantology, manualslib etc but it only gets me so far.  Thanks all!

Much appreciated, the problem ended up being the FF air vent and fan assy, there is a service bulletin on it.

Do you have the bulletin number for it?
