Have the tech sheet 27006006822 which is just a drawing of the wiring, no specs or meaningful information. Hoping there is some kind of service manual out there somewhere.

The newest one I can find is 2010 and those are for 19cuft. Electrolux.

There is a link on electrolux's support site that gives me an error message; there's another error message when I try to use the link for how to use the website.

This freezer is brand new r600a unit and this only i can find. No explantion on how to get it into defrost or any specs.

@vee8powerThanks for the video. Is the link to the tech sheet something different than www.electorluxservicetips.com? Couldn't find anything there on this freezer using the search bar.

I got that tech sheet from electrolux.mizecx.com

It's for a top mount refrigerator.  The diagnostic procedures for it are just like in the freezer video except the top mount has a mechanical switch whereas on the freezer, you have to use a magnet. 

Does the video match the freezer you've working on? The link to the tech sheet points to this site;  I uploaded it for another topic.

Yes that is the one. Will need to re-watch the video,  the one i was working on had a small button like lg has on their boards. Pushed it once or twice and got the freezer to go into defrost. The magnet or switch on the front would be way easier.
