Problem Statement:.  Unit doesn’t complete cycle,  stops with standing water in dish drawer and beeps 3 times, doesn’t make usual 3-4 chimes at start up 

What diagnostics have you already done?:.  None, seeking resources based off of customers description of symptoms.

The customer has stated that the unit doesn’t complete cycle, stops with standing water in dish drawer and beeps 3 times, doesn’t make usual 3-4 chimes at start up.  I have very little experience with these dish drawers and am no diagnostic resources so am not sure where to start with my diagnosis.  I would very much appreciate it if anyone can provide a service manual or advice on how to proceed, likely causes etc.  Also if anyone has a reliable source of Fisher Paykel service manuals it would be a huge help.  I see that some are listed on their website but was unable to locate anything for this model anywhere ive looked.  Thanks!

Thank you, someone on another forum sent me the link as well, made me feel dumb since this is first place I looked.  I searched but did not take model back enough numbers I guess, lesson learned ill take it all the way to the last from now on.
