Have you validated the model number at an online parts site like Repair Clinic? (yes or no): yes
Have you watched the video on how to search for manuals and have you searched the Downloads section prior to posting this request? (yes or no): yes

Looking for parts diagrame to identify the proper parts, or tech sheet if parts are listed inside .

As far as I know, the only way to get parts information is to call Thor. 

You'll need an air sled or something similar because you can't just slide it out and most of the repairs require access to the sides and/or back.

Also bill the customer enough, because this is going to involve a lot of phone calls and waiting for parts.
