Insignia Washer Service Manual Needed

Have you watched the video on how to search for manuals and have you searched the Downloads section prior to posting this request? (yes or no): Yes

I know Insignia is Best Buy's brand. Looking at unit, it looks exactly like the newer Frigidaire washers out there. I just can't find any info out there on this unit. No service manual. No wiring diagram. Nothing. The only place that model number works is Encompass. If any one can find any info on it, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

@Son of Samurai I've got a friend with an Insignia dryer. Does your company have tech info on any Insignia products. If so I'll put in a request on the proper page. If not, why not.

Well, same question could be asked of you. We don't have access to every manufacturer out there. For some manufacturers, we rely on members to help out other members. That's why the member's file section is called the Appliance Repair Manual Pot Luck Supper - everyone is expected to bring something to the table.

@Son of Samurai I didn’t mean to offend you. I’ve taken some courses and I have always been encouraged to  use your site to find tech info on appliances in case they aren’t with the appliance anymore when I go out to the customer’s house. I’ve always had success with either finding it on your site or putting in a request and then getting it. This is my first time with an Insignia brand appliance and I just wanted to know why I can’t even look it up on Repair Clinic or other sites like that. What do you know about this brand? Thanks.

No offense taken. Just answering your question and giving you some additional info about how the site works. 

Don't know anything specific about Insignia (or any other brand) without looking at the schematic and specifications. But from a Bing search and finding their website, it looks like they are a re-branding marketing company like Kenmore or Magic Chef. These companies have other manufacturers make appliances to their specifications (usually from a regular production run) and then attach their brand logo to it. That's why you're not finding any technical info on them-- they don't have it because they don't make it.

After matching the clutch part number from the encompass Isignia parts photos for this model I found the same part on Frigidaire FFTW4120SW as the only model using this clutch. Tried comparing the control board, even though I can't read the encompass part number off photos, it looks the same. Same with the UI being at least close enough if not same. Therefore I think Insignia NSTWM41WH8A = Frigidaire FFTW4120SW or close to it. The manual for that model is on this site. Hope it helps.
