Samsung washer drain pump wont stop running

Recommended Posts

I have a Samsung washer, model WF330ANW/XAA.    When you power it up the drain pump runs, and all the water is empty.   You can start it, and it will start a cycle, but as the water enter, it just gets pumped right out.

I started by replacing the water level sensor.   Didn't help

I then replaced the main board, didn't help.

Any ideas how to proceed?

Thanks

it is sensing water in base..check for leaks

I would check pressure hose for leak. Hole rubbed in it somewhere...

I would start the washer and let it run for awhile (10 minutes?), you should get an error code of some sort. Long fill, long drain, etc.  If no errors, I would suspect a stuck or sticking start/pause button.
