I pulled out not working electronic Ice-maker which had dry capacitor I just replaced but also broken tip of the lever arm with magnet inside the control box operated by spinning cam which resulted not magnet movement and finally blinking led. These 2 issues resulted in no blinking code at all (led on permanently) and no ability to push test 3x the ice level lever. After replacing the capacitor it started to move but blinking code arrived shortly where I found the broken tip form the magnetic arm. 

I am fixing the arm now since I can't find any replacements for it so I refurbished quickly mechanical Ice-maker from older model GE profile fridge which works, same connector and noticed the ice level lever got stuck on the tip of little iceberg after the drawer filled up. Since it is a mechanical Ice-maker, I just wonder what senses the increased current in the motor when is stops against an obstacle to shut it down or some type of clutch or spring loaded disconnect mechanical device stopping the motor getting power to prevent burn out?

I didn't have yet chance to look at those mechanics of mechanical ice-makers due to time restrictions to see the detail how it is made.

Don't think there is anything in a mechanical ice maker to shut it off if it stalls.
