The little plastic condenser fan was pulled out and tested-- it is working. Fridge compartment hovers around  48-52 degrees. Not good enough! Thanks in advance!

Tough to say. 
 

Gotta start with recording cabinet temps, pulling error codes and testing thermistors. 
 

Blowing warm air intermittently is odd.
