We are offering a $1000.00 cash sign on bonus to the right candidate(s).

Dynamic Appliance Repair is an after warranty repair company and we are not doing any factory service or home warranty service.

Dynamic Appliance Repair continues to grow as we raise the bar for appliance repair service in Scottsdale and surrounding areas. We are looking for motivated candidates to grow with us. Are you a GREAT Appliance Repair Technician, or perhaps looking to become one? If so, we want to talk to you TODAY! Potential to earn $70K-100K per year, plus a $1,000 sign on bonus after 90 days for qualified applicants. We provide a collaborative learning environment in which you can refine your skills, enhance your knowledge, and develop new personal and professional relationships. We offer on the job training, and have several industry resources, files, schematics, service manuals and job aids to simplify the art of diagnosing and repairing today’s appliances. Recent graduates are welcome to apply. This is a commission based job. 40%commission on  sold calls and 30% commission on service calls. 

 

Requirements

• Two years field experience or Appliance Repair Certification

• Strong mechanical skills and attention to detail

• Must have own truck and tools

• Must be able to obtain certificate of liability insurance

• Excellent customer relations skills

• Willing to be a team player

• Clean driving record

• Must pass background screen and drug test
