Whirlpool Electric dryer model 110.69422801

Dryer will not heat plus, added wrinkle, will not start when cycle knob is adjusted to "Air Fluff".  I tested (continuity) thermostat, hi limit thermo, thermal fuse...all good.  It looks like it is the heating element, but the air fluff non start thing has me confused.  Any explanation out there?

First item to verity is to make sure there is 240 vac at terminal block. Then ohm out the heater. For the air fluff not to run the motor ot would piont to the timer. Check for 120 vac at the timer terminal B (lbu wire) using the neutral terminal on the terminal block in air fluff setting.
