Have you validated the model number at an online parts site like Repair Clinic? (yes or no): yes
Have you watched the video on how to search for manuals and have you searched the Downloads section prior to posting this request? (yes or no): yes

This one is old style washing machine.

The customer was finally able to find the tag on the machine.  Service manual would be much appreciated.  

The customer complains the machine fills but does not drain.  He thinks the something stuck.  I want to know how to get to the drain pump and hose area and what kind of dissemble I have to do in order to get to it.

Now that is an oldie - belt drive whirlpool. The tech sheet is lit821462, couldn't find it, Here is some starter information:

Thank you for study guide.  Is there a tech sheet that's going to work for this unit.  I want to get the timer chart for this product if possible.  Or is there another way of doing it without the chart ?
