I have the new glass top attached to the frame surround but have not found any guidance to access the screws that attach. My guess is to remove knobs and control panel on the front. Then remove rear panel. Will I need to also remove side panels, or should I be able to access what I need from front and rear?

I will also be replacing the right side heating elements. But that seems straight forward once the glass top is off.

Any special tools needed?

Thanks

It is fixed. For those wondering. It went like this.

Lift and pull the rear smoker arrestor/ vent off. Looking down there are 3 +screws. Take the 4 SS +screws off holding the knobs and control panel to the front. Looking up to the under side on the glass top there are two screws that need to come out. Crack open the oven door and with an extended screwdriver slide it between the open door and front SS cover and take the two screws on either end off. The top is now free to lift off.

From there you can access the burner coils and wiring. (Tip: take a picture of the wiring for burners for reference).

I took more off than needed thinking it would give more room to work but it was not needed.
