Manufacturer: Whirlpool
Type of Appliance: Dryer
Model Number: WED6120HW0
Have you validated the model number at an online parts site like Repair Clinic? (yes or no): Yes
Have you watched the video on how to search for manuals and have you searched the Downloads section prior to posting this request? (yes or no): Yes

Looking to see if there’s a service bulletin out on these for the UI display screen. The screen no longer displays any info, just a white box...strange as this dryer is only a year old.

Me, neither. But-- not to get into a technical discussion on this forum-- @NHTech the solution may be a simple as unplugging the dryer for a few minutes and then plugging it back in to force a cold reboot. We have dirty power in NH with lots of glitches and spikes on the line that don't play nice with silicon brains. They may be scrambled and need a reboot. If that doesn't do it, start a new topic in the repair forum and we'll war game it there.

First off, here are the service docs for this model in case you don't have them:

Like Captain Dunsel, I've not found any bulletins related specifically to that error. But here are some bulletins relating to various control/display errors -- just in case any apply.

Great, thank you all! I have to go back anyway to replace a fill valve, will try unplugging it then.
