LG LRE3083ST Electric Oven - temp wont go above 385 degrees

Hello I have a Range Stove – purchased 2014 – LG Electric Easy Clean Model LRE3083ST

The oven does not seem to be working correctly. If I select a higher temperature (like 450 degrees) and start the oven, it preheats up to 385 doesn't go any higher. It still says "preheating" and 385 but never reaches temp or goes above 385.

Ideas?

Likely element going bad. Can compare amp draw to specifications to verify

what came of this? Did replacing the element rectify the issue?

Dead fan motor might also cause this.
