Dacor DOP48M96DPS duel fuel 48 range (liquid propane)- constant restarts - looking for help/suggestions or a tech in SW Washington

Bought it second hand, as budget would allow from an (unfortunately not local) appliance re-seller. Bought an aftermarket warranty to cover myself in case it had any issues Apparently it was written off by Dacor at some point so they are of no assistance. To be clear I did not know this when I bought it and only found out when trying to get it serviced.

Some local companies have looked at it, and replaced the main control board, display, relay board, and both sub control boards that sit on top of each oven. I can get part numbers of each part replaced if needed. Made zero difference. They advised they are out of ideas. Aftermarket warranty is done trying to repair, and offering 2k if I buy a new range (they cover up to 3k costs). I can't afford to spend 15k to replace and I have strong reservations on buying another used unit. The cheaper options like THOR seem to have some bad reviews about warranty/service/parts so I'm hesitant there too.

We had just finished using main oven to cook dinner when the unit started having issue. Main display does not turn on. System appears to restart every 10-20 seconds, and never gets to a point where any of the LED buttons work; they just light up. Light in small oven turns on and off as unit power cycles. Main oven light never turns on (clue to the issue?). The cooktop is 6 burners and a electric griddle. Griddle does not function, but ignitors do so cooktop burners are functional. No error codes as display never turns on and unit shuts on/off frequently.

It seems to be an electrical issue of some kind but I don't have the ability/knowledge to find the issue. Electrician looked at wall power which appears good. They also looked at wiring but found no obvious issues (but they are not appliance specialists so they were looking for obvious issues). There are 10+ wiring harnesses in the unit and they range from 20 to 500+ so buying them piecemeal to hope I guess the right one is an expensive option. Since I don't 100% know what the issue is, it would also be hard to spend 2-3k on wiring harnesses and have it not fix the issue since I don't really know what the issue is.

This is kind of a last chance hail-mary. I'm mechanically inclined so I can physically take the oven apart, and I have looking for loose connections or burned wires, but have come up empty handed.

Found this site by finding a link to the service manual  https://appliantology.org/files/file/7304-dacor-dop36m94dl-dop48m96dl-pro-range-oven-service-manual/. I can't download as I dont have access but started looking around and here I am. If anyone has any experience, suggestions, ideas, or is local and wants to have a look I'd be happy to pay.

Manufacturers only scrap non-repairable products and nobody should have sold this to you. It should have been sent for recycling.

If you bought this from an actual company, I'd tell them to send you a refund or you'll report them to the Attorney General's office for fraud. It's no different than if an auto dealer sold you a used scrapped car without telling you.

If you want to check something else, I'd look at the EMI Filter & SMPS (power supply). One or the other may be failing,  since power draw is greatest at startup. Note that this is purely a guess based on symptoms.

Thank you so much for the reply. Good information and I'll look into all. We may have switched out the power board already but good suggestion and I'll double check.

I bought from an online seller. The info about it being written off by Dacor is second hand from a service company as to why they didn't want to work on it. Dacor has never responded to me seeking info. I'll look into what your saying. What a rollercoaster.
