kenmore elite 795.72483.411 warm fresh food compartment freezer not as cold as it should be

I performed the test feature on the main pcb and all the components worked fine and good air flow. No ice build up in freezer. the freezer temp is staying between 5 and 12 deg f the fresh food is staying around 50 deg f. The compressor is moving plenty of heat and runs normal rpm versus idle line temps are good. any help would be greatly appreciated
