Kitchenaid builtin fridge the problem is the fan inside the freezer is not cycling the air.

I thought it was the fan and removed the fan to check the voltage I received 120v but when I plugged it back in the voltage disappears I replaced the fan with a brand new one and I still have the same issue.

I am not sure if it is the electronic control board in the fridge causing a wiring issue or something else any ideas?

Measure the voltage at the board R/W (red/white) wire to W(white) wire. If there is 120 vac out of board there is a wiring issue. If no voltage there is a board issue.
