FPRH19D7LF0 & FPRH19D7LF1 are valid, but not "R". Doesn't help any though. The service docs seem to be missing on both Frigidaire & Electrolux sites.

FWIW, it's an R134A compressor, but I have no idea how much refrigerant it holds.

Actually I just found the service manual for it, but it's not incredibly helpful regarding the refrigerant charge.

Google FPRH19D7L_0913_EN,FPRH19D7L_0913_CN,FPRH19D7L_0913_FR  It's the only result.

I would look elsewhere on the machine for a larger model/serial label that includes all the details. Sometimes manufacturers will have a small label like that in an easy to see place for the customer to get the model and serial, and then put the full label somewhere that requires removing the appliance.

 It should say on the compressor data plate what Freon it uses. As far as 20 psi you’re looking at a 20° evaporator temperature. I would start somewhere around 10 psi and let it run for at least 8 to 10 hours to stabilize then, check your freezer temperature.

Looks like this is a all refrigerator, got the number for the service manual 5995556338. Found the manual at manualslib.com, hoping someone could get a better copy. Its shows r134 4.9 oz on page 6.

FWIW, the first one is for electronic controls and the second one is for mechanical controls.
