Hypothetically speaking, your going to purchase a minimal truck stock assortment. What would you have as truck stock? I know some parts can be used a multiple appliance, i.e. gas valve coils. You're trying to balance a good assortment while trying not to kill your savings. What would you do?

Depends on your area: different areas have different dominant distribution lines. If you have an established relationship with a parts supplier, they should be able to give a list of the top 100, 500, 1000, whatever, moving parts. That's why you pay them the big $$!
