Manufacturer: Fisher & Paykel
Type of Appliance: Dish Drawer
Model Number: DD24DI9
Have you validated the model number at an online parts site like Repair Clinic? (yes or no): Yes
Have you watched the video on how to search for manuals and have you searched the Downloads section prior to posting this request? (yes or no): Yes

I’ve looked through all F&P manuals I could find on here and none contain instructions for entering diagnostics mode on this model. It’s a top control model with custom cabinet fronts, no display just LED indicators for the cycle. It’s got three buttons; cycle selector, option/key lock and start/pause.

Customer complaint is that bottom drawer isn’t cleaning well, I’m not able to find anything wrong with it when just running a cycle so I want to see if there are error codes stored that could point me in the right direction.

Would appreciate any help I can get with this.

Bump, still looking for this. If anyone has any idea of where else I could find it I'd appreciate that info as well.
