Having some problems with the world’s most unreliable fridge and could use some help.

First noticed that water & ice dispensers weren’t working and shortly after that noticed that fridge and freezer weren’t cooling. E was displayed on the screen.
mean the diagnostic test and saw error codes E30 and E20.
Booked service with Bosch technician. 1 week later guy comes looks stuff up on his computer and tells me he has to order 2 control modules. (00653695 and   00647490)

3 more weeks pass and the tech finally comes back. Replaces control units, power on, diagnostic check, no more error codes.
Great.
Except the fridge and freezer still aren’t cooling. 4 weeks later and the damn thing still doesn’t work.

The fridge is making some faint noises like something is running. The compressor is hot but I haven’t seen the fan kick in at all.

Can anyone help me to diagnose the issue?

I’m tired of spending money on this lemon and I don’t want to wait more weeks for Bosch to figure it out.

What can I test?

FYI about 2 years ago I replaced the inventor board.

if I have to spend more that a few hundred $ on parts I’m getting a new fridge.

F20 FC defrost heater error

F30 TCD fan error

Id call tech that put boards in that  didn’t correct problem and ask for refund! Was it working when he left?

Thanks for the reply.

After the tech installed the 2 new control boards he ran the diagnostic test and there weren’t any errors so he assumed things were fixed. He didn’t stick around long enough to see if the fridge started cooling.
Fortunately after I complained about the terrible customer service on this 4wk fiasco, Bosch has agreed to pay for everything.
The problem is I still don’t have a working fridge.

I just ran the “appliance self-test” again. No error codes show up.

I can hear something quietly rumbling (compressor I assume) but there is no fan activity.

Do you have any advice on what I could do to diagnose the fan and determine what might have failed?

I’m also curious about the combination of issues that I saw. If it was just a fan issue presumably the water dispenser wouldn’t have stopped working. That’s why it seemed like the control boards were a good explanation.
Perhaps when the control board failed it managed to fry something in the fan circuit?

Does anyone have the tech manual for this product that they could share with me?
