Subzero 632 Freezer

Hi Folks,

I'm glad I came across this forum for assistance! I have a Subzero 632 refrigerator with a freezer that keeps food properly frozen on the bottom half, but is nonfunctional on the top half.

In an attempt to fix this issue, I cleaned the condenser unit, turned off/on the circuit breaker, and inspected proper operation of the freezer fan. These actions unfortunately did not resolve my issue.

I'm wondering if anyone has recommendations on how to troubleshoot this issue. Appreciate your help!

if evaporator fanis fully operational then you have a sealed system issue..have someone come out and check pressures..
