HDM1853GL01 GE Spacemaker 1800XL Adora over range microwave-threw an arch and stopped heating-changed magnatron and thermostat still not heating-

There is a second fuse to the high voltage transformer on the filter board. That fuse is probably open.

Your over complicating this part. The filter board has the 2 snap in white fuses, the one labeled hvt is proabably open.
