GE PSE25KSHEHSS DEAD - No Control Lights, No Interior Lights, No Cool

Attempting to help my 94 year old mother in-law. The GE refrigerator is about four years old and was mfg'd Nov 2017. Yesterday morning it was functioning normally... interior was cold, it was making ice, dispensing ice, water and interior light was working. Around five PM she went to get ice water and found no dispenser lights or water. Further investigation showed that the unit was no longer cooling and the interior lights do not come on when the door is opened.

Her son unplugged the refrigerator and confirmed power by running a hair dryer on high. Plugging the refrigerator back in did not change the behavior. The unit acts as if it has no power.

Color me baffled...

FIXED - Short in the Evaporator fan power circuit. Apparently the newer control boards have short detection built in for the fan circuits. Once I unplugged the fan circuit connector (J2), the compressor and controls functioned normally. Found a FSM that provided resistance values.
