Kenmore Pro oven will not heat...model 790.79613800

This oven will not heat.  It beeps when the bake, broil, or convection bake is set.  The LED says Err but no code.  I do not have the tech sheet.  Anyone out there have the tech sheet?  How to run diagnostics on this one?  It is 12 years old.  It has an analog temperature meter on the outside.  I have not seen this before.

I've only worked on one range that was this style and it had pretty much the same problem.

End up being the temp control - I repaired it by cleaning the temp control switch by spraying contract cleaner down where the shaft enter the control pot.
