Hi.

Trying to pull up error codes and run diagnostics on this brand new LG dryer that’s not drying the clothes.

Any help with getting a service manual is ver appreciated.

Are you sure about that model number? It doesn't pull anything up for me on Repair Clinic.

Hmm -- I must have typed that MN in wrong the first time -- pulls up some stuff now.

However, I don't have any info on this one. @Captain Dunsel or any other techs, do you have anything for this one?

Thank you to everyone for all your efforts.

I wonder if we can’t get anything yet since it’s such a new machine. Or better yet we’ll blame it on Corona - very convenient excuse to use these days.

Did you ever find out why dryer wasn’t drying?

Hi. Never found out. Never got manual in order to access codes. The dryer is in an apartment building that probably has long vent lines that needed to be cleaned out. Had a few dryers in this building with issues related to poor ventilation and the building manager was willing to assume that he needed to first try cleaning the ducting on this machine as well as others.
