Samsung flexzone drawer freezing

I need to access the damper for the flexzone drawer located under the fresh food compartment, but I wont be able to go through the flex zone drawer as it is 10 inches high and I am a human. Looking at any parts diagrams is fruitless as the illustrations are from 1954 apparently. The initial conmplaint was freezing in the flexzone, and i changed the thermistor which tested way out of range, but still freezing. They do have the samsung drain issue which is causing water on fresh food door, and its possible the damper may be frozen open, but i need to access it to see.

 

have found nothing more than fast tracks or service bulletins which doesn't help.

Looks like the flex-zone damper removal insturctions are on page 37 of @Captain Dunsel's recommended manual.
