Kenmore refrigerator defrost heater no longer available (model 106.7694011)

I have a very old fridge, Kenmore 106.7694011, but it works very well with the exception of the recently burned-out defrost heater. Can't find OEM part anywhere, nor any suggested universal replacements.

Thoughts, ideas? Any guidance would be most appreciated.

Width of heating element is 23 1/2", so I'm hoping I can find a universal one that is close enough and make it fit.

Also, is it safe to assume that defrost heater wattages are all in the same park?

Thank you kindly, Sir, for your response. Yes, a major online parts distributor told me that the original part number is 530736 (which they said has been discontinued), but they also told me there was no listed universal replacement. Not sure how you found WPW10436849, but I am very grateful for the tip. It looks like it might fit width-wise.
