Samsung Fridge Model RF25HMEDBSR/AA Freezes Over Constantly.

Behind the "Twin Cooling Plus" cover....the unit freezes over on a consistent basis. Used to happen once every few months but has now gotten to the point where the fridge needs to be thawed at least once a month. The ice builds until it interferes with the fan which causes an annoying sound. The thing is however, the coils do not freeze. It almost seems like it freezes from the top down.....where the copper tubes come into the fridge. The attached photos are from two separate incidents. As you can see....the coils never freeze....just from the top down which eventually interferes with the fan and in turn, prevents the fridge from saying as cold as it should.

What do I do to fix this?
