The broil wire should be blue and on P5-1.

Bake is black and should be on P4-3.

I believe the bake/broil connectors can be inserted wrong, so it's worth looking.

There is no configuration option I'm aware of to set or reset the terminal assignments so if the connectors aren't plugged in wrong, and nobody has modified the wiring, the board is bad.
