GE dishwasher GDT655SSJ0SS won't run

This dishwasher has power, appears to start it's cycle, and originally didn't seem to be letting water in. So we replaced the inlet valve and the sump float switch.  No victory.  The next part replaced was the wash pump and it seemed to run a cycle, but it will not do so now.  When the wash pump was installed, the other two parts were removed and replaced with the original ones.  We're back to nothing but lights on the control panel that count down the minutes left in the cycle.  Any thoughts?

A couple questions. So before you replaced the inlet valve did you by any chance check the resistance reading on the valve? An “infinity” reading or “OL” (depending on your meter) would suggest a bad valve and thus would need replacement. Did you check your float to make sure it’s not stuck in the up position tricking the dishwasher into thinking that it’s already full of water? Did you verify that your water is actually on and wasn’t shut off by accident? For this next step you will need a multimeter. If all of the above checks out, then you need to verify that the inlet valve is receiving 120v from control board during the water fill part of the cycle. If not, your control board would need replacement.

Correct, easier still would be to have the tech sheet like 16345Ed suggested and see what error code if any the control board will flash. 

Locate the control board status light found in picture below and see how many times it blinks
