Check the operation of cooling fan. If it’s not working I’m guessing that a thermal overload is tripping.

How do I check that?  I mean i can turn the fan on manually.

You need to take back off find fan connector and test for voltage when it supposed to be running. If voltage is good then replace fan. If no voltage replace board that supplies voltage to fan.

I apologize but I'm a bit confused.  You are saying to find the connector (electrical plug) that goes to the fan , take it off, turn on the fan and check the voltage?   What should the voltage be?  There has to be voltage because the fan runs so do you mean "insufficient voltage" to the fan replace the  board?  What board do I replace?

Never mind. All that was assuming fan non operational. If fan functioning I'm not sure what’s wrong.
