My refrigerator is about 52F, and the freezer is about 0F. The refrigerator setting is set to max.

Please help. Thanks!

BTW - No air is coming out of the vent in the back of the refrigerator.

Incomplete model number.

Correct one is MBF 2254HEQ.

So it seems the problem is either with the fan distributing the cold air, the motorized damper door, the defrost problem, or the malfunctioning control (Jazz) board.

Have a look at the video Samurai made, and maybe you can narrow the problem down...

Thanks for the info.

The evaporator was full of frost. When I test the defrost thermostat using the Jazz board, it shows open. However, when I put it in forced defrost, the calrod gets very hot. Does that mean it's the controller?

Thanks

Hmm, that doesn't sound right. If the defrost thermostat is opened, the heater will not be able to get hot.

Can you run the test again to confirm it?

JAZZ boards usually fail by not defrosting during normal mode, but defrost during the test (forced) mode. And sometimes, the compressor continues to run during the defrost cycle (means bad board as well).
