Whirlpool Dishwasher Model WDF510PAYWA Sanitized Light Blinking

My Whirlpool Dishwasher model # WDF510PAYWA began to have the Sanitized light blinking at the end of each run. I confirmed the hot water heater is still producing hot water at the same temperature as it always has. I figured out how to run the diagnostic cycle, and got the 6-6 error code regarding water temperature. I replaced the heating element and the high limit thermostat (the old heating element fell apart in my hands when removing it, so clearly it was bad).

Reran the whole diagnostic cycle, and then ran a load of dishes. Again, the Sanitized light is still blinking and the dishes are really wet. I re-ran the diagnostic cycle, and this time got a 3-3 error code, indicating an issue with the OWI.

I ordered and installed a brand new OWI, and reran the diagnostic cycle, and then ran another load of dishes. Once again, the Sanitized light is still blinking, and the dishes are wet. Running the diagnostic cycle now STILL gives me the 3-3 code for the OWI.

Kinda stumped now. What’s should I try next? Replacing the control board?

Thanks in advance for any help.

Doug

6-6 also indicates" incoming water too cold"......Running water at closest faucet near D/W before starting a load??..What is the current draw of the heating element during a wash cycle??
