in changing the water filter it appears that there is a clip in the housing that has broken off.
I don't see a broken piece but based on what I see in the housing and on the filter, that is my suspicion.
Is the water filter housing on this passive other than the clip?
Is it user serviceable if I get the fridge away from the wall?
From the parts pictorial pdf, It looks like 2 screws hold it on and there are 2 house in the back that attach.
Unfortunately, the water shut off is behind the fridge and wasn't extended to an adjacent cabinet or elsewhere in the supply, so I had to turn off the whole house.
