Help finding appropriate Thermal Cutoff

Hello everyone, hope you are all doing good.

I am more used to linger on BMW forums to repair my shitbox every week so I figured I would do the same for my grandma's toaster oven.

It wasn't working so I checked all relays, timer contact plates and finally the thermal cutoff which I had no clue looked that way.

This is what I know from the thermal cutoff that was in the oven.

Model Number: 155431.056 l

CutOff Temperature: 206 Celcius

I tried searching the model number but I often received a thermal cutoff that looked the same, had the same number but was for 318 Celcius. I also found another themal cutoff that varied very slightly physically and that was rated for 15A, 206 Celcius. The only trick to it is that its nominal voltage is of 230 V since it comes from the UK. I am Canadian so the nominal voltage should be 120 V. I wanted to know if I could still use that thermal cutoff from the UK even if the voltage is higher. Will it still cutoff at the same temperature, which with my limited knowledge I think is more dependent of the current in the cutoff?

Thanks everyone!

Anyone has an idea?

You should be fine using the 230Vac thermal cutoff - as long as the cutoff temp is the same, that is what matters.
