This is a gas refrigerator that is not cooling. I have tried the manufacturer and left messages. So far no one has responded. No one in my area wanted to work on this unit.

No info on Crystal Cold equipment. If you smell ammonia in the freezer, the cooling unit needs to be rebuilt. If it heats on electric but not gas, the gas burner and metering orifice needs to be cleaned.
