Samsung Dryer DV4488AEP/XAA Overheat Error

The dryer starts normally and within 30 second it stops with an error message of "Overheated".

I made a mistake with the model number it is DV448AEP/XAA

Overheating is HE it actually says overheating on display as well I believe. 
 

clogged vent or other airflow issue

Bad thermistor 

grounded element

or welded heater relay on board.
