I went on a call for them and gave up because there wasn't any service info and I couldn't get anybody at the factory to call me back with tech info.

They have some sort of odd surface burner ignition system that works like an old water heater where you have to turn the knob and (push it in maybe?) until it lights, but then it has auto-reignition.

Now it's on my list of brands I don't service.

Hard to get parts and really hard to get service info doesn't put it at the top of my "to do" list. 8-)

They're about the 4th small manufacturer that told me "It's easy, it's just like <whatever>"

So far they're all batting 0.

Like the Cosmo wall oven that seems to be wired with Christmas Tree Light Wire.
