Samsung Refrigerator RF26HFENDSR black gooey stuff

Hello experts,
when opening the back panel of my Samsung Refrigerator RF26HFENDSR I noticed black gooey stuff. Its like something had melted. I could see traces of this on the opposite wall that has the fan. The fridge is working fine. What is this? How to replace/fix this?

Not super important - black mastic tape used to muffle the sound of the liquid refrigerant pouring into the evaporator and changing back to a gas state.

I use permagum putty to surround the cap tube where it enters the evaporator to serve the same purpose and it doesn't melt and turn to a black goo like the stuff the factories use.
