Can the back panel *inside* a Thermador Pro Harmony gas range be removed from inside the oven (to get to broiler igniter connectors)

Hi all,

I need to swap out the broiler igniter on a Thermador gas range (PRG304GH).  The wires to it go through the back of the oven wall.  What I can't tell is if the back panel can be removed from inside the oven so I can access the connectors.  There are Allen screws all over it but it's hard to tell if it can slip out from behind the sides.  Rather than go buy hex wrenches and pull the whole thing apart I thought I'd ask to see if any one knew whether it can come off from the inside or not.  Thanks!

No, it's intended to access the connections from the back side of the unit by pulling out and removing the back panel

Thanks, is it reasonable to just cut the wires and splice them?  I suppose I'd need high heat splice caps.  If so, would you happen to know roughly what gauge that wire is so I can buy the right caps?  Sorry not too familiar with this stuff.
