MAH-8700AWW not draining - 120V at control board but not pump

Hello,

I have a Maytag Neptune MAH-8700AWW that is not draining.  I opened up the drain pump and system and found a zip tie in the motor. Assuming a bad motor I replaced with not changes. Washer will continue working as normal if I manually drain tub ( drain hose below washer ) . Both motor old and new motors test good via resistance.

When running a drain pump output test in service mode I get 120V at control board across CN10 pin 6 and CN5 pin 1 but no voltage at pump harness wether plugged in to pump or not. No noises out of either pump when plugging in to harness during drain pump test.

At this point do we have a bad relay on the control board? There is a component labeled as "Protection" with a M surrounded by a circle in line with the drain pump. Could that be bad? A fuse of some sort?

Ive included a pic of the wiring schematic to show the protection component mentioned above. https://ibb.co/PWS4Dsn

Thanks in advance for any help provided!

I now realize that part in the wiring schematic is the motor itself, and I'm guessing the protector is an internal fuse that I'm confirming is good by testing the resistance at the motor pins at ~14 ohms. So I'm thinking it's control board?

Alright, since I can never stop tinkering, I just got the drain pump to run by tapping on the drain pump relay while running the drain pump test. Pretty sure it's a bad relay.

Could I repair this by splicing in a new 120v spst relay? Am I just asking for a headache? Thanks!
