Viking VGIC3054BSS Broiler not lighting after Ignitor and Gas Valve change out

I'm not sure whats up with my broiler. I replaced my ignitor with three different ones and am drawing 3.6 amps with my clamp on  meter .  Broiler doesn't light.  Checked continuity on gas safety valve and its ok.  Ordered from Viking a new gas safety valve anyway and installed it.  Checked amps from glow ignitor, getting 3.6 amps but the broiler doesn't light.  Any other places to check?   Whats the chances of three different ignitors being bad? Oven is working fine as my wife has been making bread weekly. This Viking has been my entry in to gas stove repairs.  I am glad I have parts on hand,  cuz I just hate to imagine a turkey going into the oven at Thanksgiving and a no light situation.

Issue Solved!!!! I was stumped for awhile but I really wanted to get the broiler going to broil up some salmon steaks today...  I took the splash back off the oven  and the rear covers to pull out the gas tube to the broiler.. The orifice was "obstructed" with a tiny piece of something, so  I cleaned it out and blew the tube with some compressed air.  Got everything back in place and she fired right up. SO check your broiler tube orifice if your other components check out ok.  I guess the heat from the oven is venting past this area and may deposit grease or particulates on the broiler tube orifice.
