Frigidaire FFLE3900UW Electric Washer/Dryer Laundry Center Multiple error codes

As stated in the title, my Frigidaire laundry center is giving multiple error codes.  The issue first started with the dryer not running properly, light would blink and dryer would not start. At this time I didnt know about diagnostic mode and getting error codes. I checked the dryer vent for blockages, of which there were non.  A quick google search led me to believe a thermal fuse blew, I had to remove the dryer tub from the unit to reach the fuse, once I reached the fuse a continuity test showed the fuse was still functioning.  Taking apart the unit I found diagnostic mode literature and put the unit back together to run codes.

Reassembled the unit no longer had issues running the dryer, everything was in working condition.  A few days later the washer unit started to give me issues, diagnostic mode was giving me E-5-3 error which is associated with a problem with a switch on the motor, here is where I start to lose the trail. Running the machine through the each diagnostic test the issue seemed to fix itself and there was no longer an error code. I was able to do one load of clothes before the washer gave up on me again, this time giving a E-15-3 error of which there was no corresponding code in my pamphlet and cant seem to find information online to what this code means.  Any insight is appreciated, Thanks.

WHEN THE UNIT WAS OPERATING, DID IT HEAT NORMALLY? Have you already tested the thermostat, heating element, door switch and belt switch for continuity? What voltages did you measure at the wall outlet (L1-N, L2-N, L1-L2)? You mentioned multiple error codes, this could point to a control board or wiring harness; but without more information that would be impossible to ascertain.

Try measuring the resistance across the motor windings and test the centrifugal switch and thermal limiter for continuity. Also test the voltage going to the motor under load. E-5x codes are typically motor related, so if everything else checked out, don't be surprised if it needs a motor.

Undocumented error codes typically are motherboard logic issues.
