KitchenAid Superba Stand Alone Ice Maker KUIS18NNJB6 does not get cold

My ice maker is no longer making ice.  Water flows over the cold plate but never freezes, the ice maker is warm inside.   I have watched the diagnostic mode run (from the wiring diagram is looks like it is roughly first 30 seconds of the clean cycle?) and components seem to turn on and off but I cannot tell which ones may be throwing a fault or not working.   None of the lights on the front flash at all during the diagnostic startup.   

Can anyone help me with diagnostic mode to troubleshoot what is not working on my ice maker?   Thanks in advance for your help!
