whirlpool gas range connection broken

i have a new whirlpool gas range and everything works, the broil, the stovetop, etc. but the bake function does not work. upon further inspection, i noticed that this connection is severed.

it must have gotten damaged in transit. how can i fix this connection myself?

Are you sure there isn't a push on terminal hiding in the end of the wire?

It should plug into the bake ignitor.
